We’re A Group of People Who Love To Play Music

The musicians of the South Hills Community Band are all volunteers group.  Ages range from college age to people in their 80’s (you’re never too old to play!) There are teachers, former teachers, engineers, stay at home parents, etc. 

We get together every Monday night starting the Monday after Labor Day until mid-June.  Rehearsals are held at:

We welcome all instruments, but we are especially looking for oboes, saxophones, french horns, low brass, and percussion.

​We typically perform at nursing homes and retirement communities and perform about 12 times a year, always on Monday nights during the year.
